Would the Bears Consider the Hometown Kid?

The Bears are in an odd position when it comes to their wide receiving core. Beyond Alshon Jeffery and Kevin White, there is really no game-changing talent to rely on. Nobody knows what to expect from Kevin White given he missed his rookie campaign with an injury. Jeffery’s future is also uncertain as he was given the franchise tag this offseason. With all of these uncertainties and the fact that you simply can’t have enough skill players, would the Bears consider drafting the pride of Crete-Monee, Laquon Treadwell?

Treadwell is an extremely polished wide receiver, already drawing comps to DeAndre Hopkins before he has even stepped on an NFL field.
